Beneficial Circulation of Blood & Chi
Just as the name says, this qigong focuses on circulation of blood and vital chi lifeforce energy.
Deceptively simple, these six exercises are a favorite of my master, and for good reason: regular practice produces many health benefits — far more than do their more complex counterparts.
In general, these exercises generate the chi energy, increase flow of blood and chi, tonify and detoxify the body. Moreover, they build the immune system, increase bone density, and strengthen muscles and tissues.
All six exercises may be practiced together, or each may be practiced individually on its own.
