Tai Chi Movements
For Lan Que Wei

Also called Grasp Sparrow's Tail, this set of tai chi movements is common to many tai chi forms. It can be practiced alone or in combination with other moves.

If you have never learned tai chi chuan before and would like to get a feel for the movements before deciding on a form to learn, you can try out this simple set of tai chi moves. It's short enough to learn in a few lessons, and complete enough that you can get a taste of some of the tai chi applications.
